Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 hard reset in 2014

  1. Turn off the phone.
  2. Hold down LEFT and Right SOFT buttons.
  3. While holding down both SOFT buttons press POWER button for a few seconds.
  4. Release POWER button and KEEP pressing BOTH SOFT KEYS. Then release SOFT keys.
