press and hold volume up and down button...
keep pressing these two button press power button for 2-5seconds
then show ur mobile screen..
recovery mode: volume up
factory mode: volume down.
with volume up select recovery mode( touch options button )
then select factory data reset.
when ur phone is complete reset.
reboot ur phone use options...
